I am Arash Doulatshahi, founder of Stratadyne Advisory. I run a client-service practice in a regulated industry. I have reviewed financials line by line, closed clients, kept my referral partners in the loop at every step, brought in new business, and organized and automated the admin behind all of it. Everything we build for you has already run in a real business: mine.

My trade is reading bank statements, financial statements and closing documents line by line. The work is forensic: you keep reading until the numbers either reconcile or tell you where they do not.
A business leaves the same kind of record. The reply that took two days. The file that sat for a week. The client who was never called back. I read those the way I read a statement, and I write down what I find the same way: factually, with every estimate marked.
The other half of the trade is the business around it: winning the client, keeping the realtor and the lender informed at every step, following up, and getting the paperwork out on time. I built eight workflows to run that side of my own practice. That is why our report is called a Core Log: in geology it is a document precise enough to be used as evidence, and that is the standard I hold ours to.
Every client case study gets a specimen number. The first one is mine. These are the systems running in my practice today, in the same five layers we will read in yours.
Yours could be Specimen 002.
Strata means layers. A geologist reads time in layers of rock, because that is what strata are: time, laid down and recorded.
Dyne is the Greek root for power.
Stratadyne: power in the layers. Your business is built in layers too, and each one we automate is time handed back to you.
Numbers with sources. Estimates marked as estimates.
If it needs a glossary, we rewrite it.
The puzzle is the part I enjoy most.
No hype, no fear, no talk of being left behind.
Your systems sit in your accounts. If we part ways, they keep running.
You get estimates with their sources, never promises pulled from the air.
Advice, money and anything regulated waits for a person.
If the Core Sample finds nothing worth fixing, the report will say so.
Fifteen minutes on the phone is enough to tell you, honestly, whether there is anything down there worth drilling for.
